MANUFACTURING AND PROTOTYPING OF MECHANICAL PRODUCTS

At Future Fit Engineering, we offer a comprehensive prototyping service, selecting the most suitable technology and materials for each project, whether through 3D printing (SLS, SLA, MJF, FDM) or CNC machining. We handle component manufacturing, dimension verification, prototype assembly, and rigorous testing to ensure proper functionality.

We carefully select materials, both polymeric and metallic, that best replicate those to be used in the industrialization phase, optimizing each manufacturing process to guarantee maximum precision and quality in the final product.

THE TECHNOLOGIES WE USE FOR
PROTOTYPING

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering): Uses a laser to sinter powder layers, typically polymers or metals.

SLA (Stereolithography): Employs a laser to solidify photosensitive resin layer by layer.

MJF (Multi Jet Fusion): Utilizes a fusion agent and a detailing agent to print powder, mainly polymers.

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling): Melts plastic filament to create material layers.

CNC: Machining of polymers or metals using 5-axis tools, ideal for high-precision components.

Materials: The polymeric materials we work with most frequently are PA, POM, PC, ABS, PEEK, PBI, and PAI.
